Chandler Interiors assists clients with decorating spaces large and small by offering custom window coverings, bedding, flooring, lighting, furnishings, and accessories. The goal is to keep clients informed throughout the process with timely communication and meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, we take appropriate social distancing measures, wear masks, and take other health precautions to maintain the safety of our clients, staff and vendors.

Our Process

What do you want to accomplish with this project?

The process begins with one question – what do you want to accomplish with this project? Begin by calling, emailing, or completing the online form to share a brief description of the project. An on-site meeting design consultation is scheduled where we discuss your goals, vision, and budget for the project are reviewed.

Step 1

Contact us by phone, email, or via the form in our contact section and we’ll be in touch. Once we learn more about you and your project, we will schedule a consultation.

Step 2

During our consultation, we’ll meet at your home and get a better understanding of your vision. We listen to your ideas and learn more about your needs. This also gives you a chance to meet us in person and ask questions and discuss concerns.

Step 3

Afterwards, we’ll provide you a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, budget and how we can transform your space so you will know exactly what to expect moving forward.

Step 4

We’ll make final revisions to proposal, you approve it (hurray!) and sign a short Letter of Agreement and collect a design deposit.

Step 5

Once we are ready to begin, we’ll measure your space and work on selections for materials, lighting, paint colors and/or wall coverings, furniture and window coverings to change vision to reality. We always work closely with our clients throughout the design process to ensure you are happy with the results.

Step 6

We place orders and provide a delivery and installation schedule.

Step 7

When it all arrives, we schedule installation, unpack and style everything. You pay the balance and then do a big Happy Dance and enjoy!
